02 / Platform

Know your AI infrastructure.

One operating view across your AI compute estate — what you have, where it is, how much usable capacity remains, what is degraded, and what needs attention. KAazi is building the system of record for AI compute infrastructure. It is not a scheduler and not a replacement for your DCIM, CMDB or GPU orchestration layer — it is designed to sit across them.

Design partner program  ·  open

Help shape what gets built.

The platform is in development, and we would rather build it against real estates than assumptions. We are taking on a small number of design partners — free, for the duration of the program.

What you get
  • Direct influence over the roadmap and the data model
  • Early access as capabilities ship, at no cost
  • Hands-on help onboarding your estate into the platform
  • Preferential terms when the program ends
What we ask
  • An AI compute estate we can work against — any size
  • About an hour every two weeks for honest feedback
  • Openness to connecting read-only to systems you already run, when the time comes
  • Patience with a product that is still being built
Apply as a design partner →

It starts with a conversation about your estate — no system access, no commitment and no procurement required to talk.

How access works

The platform is built to read the state of infrastructure, not the work running on it. That boundary is a design constraint, not a setting.

What it reads
Infrastructure telemetry and asset state — accelerator, server, cluster, rack and site inventory, health, and utilization metrics.
What it does not
Workloads, model weights, training data, customer data, and the content of anything running on the infrastructure.
Access model
Read-only and least-privilege wherever the source system supports it. You choose what is connected, and you can disconnect it.
Deployment
Designed for private clusters, colocation and on-premise environments, so infrastructure data does not have to leave estates that cannot let it.

Formal security documentation will be published alongside the first release, rather than claimed in advance.

03 / Project delivery

Build the infrastructure behind AI.

KAazi helps organizations take AI infrastructure projects from requirements through deployment and operational readiness — coordinating the vendors, the site and the sequence, and handing over infrastructure that is documented and ready to run.

The stages of an AI infrastructure build: land acquisition, site planning, site development, power infrastructure, and AI compute deployment.
Strategy Requirements Infrastructure planning Vendor coordination Deployment Commissioning Operational handover KAazi platform
01 / Scope

Define what the infrastructure has to do.

Workload profile, compute requirements, capacity targets, and the power, cooling, network and storage envelope the site has to meet. The output is a requirements set a vendor can quote against and a plan a board can approve.

02 / Coordinate

Run the project across the parties involved.

OEMs, integrators, colocation providers, remote hands and internal teams. KAazi manages the program and the sequence; physical execution is delivered by qualified partners, customer teams or the OEM, whichever fits the site.

03 / Hand over

Commission, document, and onboard.

Validation against the original requirements, as-built documentation, and operational handover — with assets onboarded into the KAazi platform so the record starts on day one rather than being reconstructed later.

Engagements

Scoped to the stage you are at. KAazi coordinates and oversees delivery; it does not manufacture hardware, and licensed engineering disciplines are delivered through qualified partners.

04 / How it works

One infrastructure lifecycle.

Most providers disappear at handover. KAazi is built the other way round — the project produces the record, the platform operates it, and what the platform learns shapes the next expansion.

05 / Solutions

Built for the people who run the compute.

Different operators, same underlying problem: the infrastructure is expensive, distributed, and harder to account for than anyone expects.

05.1

GPU Clouds & Neoclouds

Track compute assets, capacity, health, maintenance and lifecycle across distributed infrastructure — and know how much sellable capacity actually exists at any moment.

05.2

Enterprise AI Infrastructure

Maintain operational visibility across private AI compute environments from deployment through retirement, without standing up a bespoke tracking system per site.

05.3

Data Center Operators

Connect what is physically installed to what is operationally usable, so accelerator-level state is visible alongside facility systems rather than separate from them.

05.4

AI Companies & Model Labs

Get a first cluster planned, procured and commissioned — then keep an accurate picture of what you own as the estate grows faster than the team tracking it.

05.5

Research & HPC

Account for shared accelerators across groups and grants, with lifecycle and utilization history that survives staff turnover and refresh cycles.

05.6

Infrastructure Integrators

Hand customers a documented, onboarded estate at the end of a build instead of a spreadsheet — and stay in the loop on what happens to it afterwards.

06 / Why

A different shape of AI infrastructure company.

Software companies do not deploy infrastructure. Integrators do not stay for the lifecycle. KAazi is being built to do both.

— 01

Infrastructure-native.

Built around the physical and digital systems that actually power AI — racks, power, thermals, fabric, accelerators — not an abstraction layer written by people who have never been on a data hall floor.

— 02

Lifecycle visibility.

From deployment through maintenance and retirement. The record does not end at commissioning, which is exactly where most infrastructure knowledge is currently lost.

— 03

Vendor-neutral.

Designed to connect across compute environments, infrastructure systems and service providers. We are not selling you hardware, so we have no reason to recommend any.

— 04

Digital and physical.

Infrastructure intelligence connected to real-world deployment and maintenance workflows — the same team that coordinates the build defines the record it produces.

— 05

Capacity intelligence.

Know not only what infrastructure exists, but how much usable compute is actually available — after allocation, reservation, degradation and maintenance are accounted for.

— 06

One accountable partner.

Planning, delivery coordination and ongoing operational visibility under one engagement, instead of a handoff chain where nobody owns the outcome end to end.

07 / Vision

Infrastructure Vision

KAazi does not own or operate compute infrastructure today, and has no sites. Longer term, the roadmap includes developing and operating AI compute infrastructure — where power, connectivity and real customer demand align, rather than wherever looks impressive on a map. We will name markets when there is something in them.

09 / FAQ

Questions worth asking up front.

What is KAazi?

An AI compute infrastructure company with two connected businesses. The first is AI infrastructure project delivery — helping organizations plan, coordinate, deploy and commission the infrastructure AI compute runs on. The second is the KAazi platform, which is being built to manage those compute assets, their capacity, health, maintenance and lifecycle once they are running.

Does KAazi sell GPU compute today?

No. KAazi does not own or operate compute infrastructure, and there is no capacity to purchase. Leased and KAazi-operated compute appear on the long-term roadmap, and we will say so plainly when that changes.

Where is the platform today?

In development. Asset, capacity and health intelligence are the first capabilities being built; maintenance operations, lifecycle management and economics follow. The dashboard shown on this page is a product mockup with illustrative figures, not a live customer environment. We are taking on design partners now — the terms are set out under Platform.

What is the Compute Passport?

A persistent digital operational record for an individual compute asset — its identity, serial and UUID, where it sits down to the rack and slot, its health history, utilization, incidents, maintenance, warranty and RMA history, operating hours and lifecycle status. The idea is that an accelerator's history travels with it, instead of living in a spreadsheet somebody left behind. It is a product concept in development.

Does KAazi replace NVIDIA Mission Control or Run:ai?

No. Those schedule and orchestrate workloads on compute. KAazi is not a GPU scheduler and does not run your jobs. It is the system of record for the infrastructure itself — what exists, where, in what condition, and through what lifecycle. It is designed to sit alongside your scheduler, not in front of it.

Is this a DCIM, BMS or CMDB replacement?

No. DCIM and BMS manage the facility; a CMDB manages IT configuration broadly. KAazi is focused specifically on AI compute — accelerator-level assets, usable capacity and lifecycle — and is designed to integrate with those systems rather than replace them.

Does KAazi provide physical deployment?

KAazi coordinates, manages and oversees deployment. Physical execution is delivered through qualified partners — OEMs, integrators, colocation remote-hands teams, or the customer's own staff — chosen for the site. Licensed engineering disciplines are delivered by appropriately qualified firms, not performed in-house.

Can KAazi work with our existing infrastructure vendors?

Yes, and that is the intent. KAazi is vendor-neutral and does not resell hardware. We coordinate across whichever OEMs, integrators and service providers you already work with, and the platform is being designed to read from the systems you already run.

Does KAazi support private and on-premise infrastructure?

That is the primary case. The platform is being designed for private clusters, colocation and on-premise environments, with cloud GPU environments included so a mixed estate can be seen in one place.

What types of infrastructure can KAazi manage?

AI compute estates: accelerators, servers, racks, clusters and sites, along with the operational context around them — capacity state, health, incidents, maintenance, warranty and lifecycle. NVIDIA accelerators are the initial focus, with other vendors on the roadmap.

How does KAazi approach security?

The platform is being designed to read infrastructure telemetry and asset state, not customer workloads, model weights or data. Least-privilege, read-only integration wherever possible, with customer-controlled scope. Detailed security documentation will be published alongside the first release rather than claimed in advance.
